ECMS Identity verification (China)

According to Chinese import regulations, Chinese citizens must provide their Chinese identity card information to clear personal items. Foreigners who are not Chinese citizens should provide valid passport information. Read more
Please upload your ID photocopy information as soon as possible to avoid customs clearance delays. If you have successfully uploaded the information in the past, the ECMS Express system will automatically match your ID card and related information for you without re-uploading.
Please note:
If you have modified the consignee's name and ID number when you place the order, any information including any characters and spaces will be considered as different consignees. Please resubmit.

Enter your tracking number and click \"E-commerce account is not a mailbox\" and enter your order phone number. Please note that the number format must be exactly the same as the one on the order, including any characters, spaces.
