ABOUT THIS PAYMENT METHOD

Giropay is an interbank system, and allows customers in German to pay using their bank account.

Giropay is currently available for:

• Orders to Germany paid in EUR

HOW THIS PAYMENT METHOD WORKS

1. Eligible orders will show this payment method during the checkout process.

2. When you place an order with Giropay, you will be redirected to the online banking environment, where you will search for your bank.

3. There you will need to login with your bank details.

4. You will be sent a passcode via SMS or generated on a secure device, which you then must enter to complete your payment. Before completing the order, check whether the total amount and billing details are correct.
