ABOUT THIS PAYMENT METHOD

The Konbini payment method will allow Japan customers to submit orders and make payment at their local convenience store.

Konbini is currently available for: 

• Orders to Japan paid in JPY

HOW THIS PAYMENT METHOD WORKS

1. Eligible orders will show this payment method during the checkout process.

2. Upon Placing Order, customer will be taken to a page to generate payment voucher.  Page will be displayed in customer's language from iHerb site.

1. Payment voucher requires First Name, Last Name, Telephone Number, Email

3. Email with link to payment voucher will be sent to customer from email address [e-mail] with subject: [お支払手続きのご案内] iHerb Inc. でのご購入につきまして

 

4. The customer then must present this voucher and pay for it at their local convenience store. Instructions for the individual convenience stores we support:

THINGS TO NOTE FOR KONBINI:

• Please note that 7-11 is not supported at this time.
• Customer will have 3 days to make payment before order is cancelled.
• It may take up to 2 hours from the time the customer makes the payment at the convenience store until the payment is reflected in our system.
• Refunds will be issued in Rewards Credit since Konbini does not support refunds.
