• Clearance Method - DDU,   Delivery Duty Unpaid,   SF may collect DDP
• Shipping Limitation - up to 13.22lb , The quantity per item cannot exceed 12, total item count per order cannot exceed 36.
• ID Upload and Power of Attorney required 
• Orders over USD $95.00 ( NTD 3,000) may be subject to D&T.  Tax-exempt only limit to 6 times every 6 month 

Special Notes

• Please note that due to prompt clearance,  SF requires all consignee to upload their ID copy and sign the power of attorney letter.  they can be done at this Link  (note: passport not yet supported,  cnee will need to email to [e-mail])

• A daily storage fee may be charged by SF if a package is in customs clearance for over 14 days.  common reason for customs delay:
• Failer to upload ID or Power of Attorney
• Unpaid Duties and Taxes
• Permit or license is required

• Taiwan customs have a high standard in supplements and medication like products,  customer may have to prepare permit or license in order to import,  please note we are not able to provide any licenses or permits.
• Customer may reach out to SF-Express for instruction on how to apply for one with the local government

• Unlike DHL/UPS,  Chinese Character address and name is allowed and preferred
