ORDER STATUS:

• Please check the latest status and advise your customer accordingly:
• http://www.smsaexpress.com/Track.aspx?tracknumbers= ( Tracking number)
• Customer needs to put full tracking number

LEAD TIME:

• Please note the Normal Lead time for SMSA delivery:
• The customer should get their order between 7 to 14 days after the order leave the warehouse.

TRACKING STATUS UPDATE:

• IN RETURN PROCESS - Contact ME team at ([e-mail] ) to arrange re delivery for the order

• CUSTOMS RELEASED - Inform the customer to give more time.

• AT SMSA FACILITY - Inform the customer to contact shipping company or go pick up from facility or arrange delivery method.

• DELIVERED AND SIGNED BY - Customer got his order and signed for receiving 

• WE DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ORDER - The order did not arrive the customer country (lost). In this case we refund for the order and advice the customer to place a new order or the customer just placed the order and the system didn’t update tracking information for that order.

• THIS TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT FOUND, PLEASE CHECK AGAIN LATER OR CONTACT THE SENDER. - Check the date, if the order is recently placed, please notify the customer that it might be a problem with the tracking site and ask the customer to allow more time for their order to arrive to their destination.

With SMSA, most of the times the shipping company doesn’t update the tracking site until the order reaches the country destination.
