SOP-010: Local Post Plus Tracking Advanced

1. SUMMARY
   • This document reviews the guidelines for using advanced tracking resources for packages that are shipped with Delivery by Local Post Plus
   • When tracking a package shipped with Delivery by Local Post Plus the standard tracking information provided by DHL can be insufficient.
   • Once a package has passed through customs and is handed off to the local postal service for delivery the package can now be tracked through the Local Postal Service (LPO).
2. GUIDELINES
   • Click onto the tracking link in BizDesk.
     • This will take you to the iHerb Tracking Page.
   • Click on the tracking number on the iHerb tracking Page.
     • This will take you to the DHL Global Mail Tracking Page.
     • This page will have limited tracking up until it arrives in country.
     • On the Right side of the page, there is another link to a local tracking site.
   • Copy and paste the tracking number from BizDesk into the tracking field (see “tracking” job aid)
   • Click Track with Options
   • Select the Destination Country
