Sagawa

• Pick up 7days a week
• Going to Narita NRT
• Contact numbers for changing address or any modification

Sagawa Tacking Sample:

Yamato

• No pick up on Saturday
• Going to Narita NRT, Haneda HND or Kansai KIX(please check a destination in tracking info)
• Contact numbers are differ BEFORE/AFTER custom clearance.
• For changing address or any modification

Before custom clearance:

• Yamato America iHerb service center
• 0120-25-3860(9am-6pm)

After custom clearance:

• International Shipping Service center
• 080-919-5931(M-F 9am-6pm,Sa-Su 9-5pm)

Yamato Tracking Sample:

• Undelivered orders will come back to their warehouse.
• After a month from the point when the order arrives to the warehouse, the order will be discarded.
• No refund will be issued after the abandonment.

4. COD only with Yamato carrier

Konbini

Available stores are: Circle K, Sunks, CircleKSunks, SeikaMart, MiniStop, family Mart, Lawson, Daily Yamazaki  (Seven Eleven NOT included)

• When the customer orders from us, he/she fills out a form for the payment, then receives a 6digits number in email.
• The customer takes the number to Konbini store then punch in the 6 digits number and phone number at Kiosk in Konbini.
• 6 digits will be sent from [e-mail]. If the customer does not receive an email, please ask the customer to set up their email account to accept our email address.
• When the customer needs to re-issue the number, he/she can go to Order History, then re-enter the payment form by clicking “Complete Payment Tab”.
• The payment needs to be done in 5 days after placing an order.

COD

• Only available with Yamato.
• Has to be paid with Japanese Yen.
• Has to be within 13219 yen, less than 18 lbs.
